THE ROLE
WCKD RZR is searching for a high achieving Founder Associate who can support our CEO in our rapid growth. This is a unique opportunity for a highly ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving startup and work closely with the founders.
The ideal candidate is a future entrepreneur or executive who is willing to work hard and do a wide variety of non-glamorous tasks for a year or two in order to get their foot in the door, learn, and make connections.
WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
You will report directly to the CEO
Thrown into different tasks and problems across the company (ie. marketing, sales, fundraising, recruiting, channel strategy)
Provides significant autonomy to allow you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solution and then execute
You will work on multiple projects simultaneously that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions
The role provides an unparalled insight on how to build a business and the ability to solve any problem thrown at you.

Solution Oriented: As a start up new challenges arise daily, you aren’t afraid to tackle new challenges head on and devise innovative solutions to overcome barriers.
Track record of delivering: You must get things done and you have a track record to prove that you do this time and time again
Entrepreneurial attitude: You thrive in exciting, fast-paced growth environments and are relentless
Highly organised: you will be responsible for managing on behalf of the CEO multiple priorities, projects and campaigns simultaneously. You must be able to multi-task.
Creative with business savvy: Involved in all non-engineering aspects of the business (ie. sales, marketing, fundraising, recruiting). You need to be creative and practical at the same time.
Marketing and brand focused: You will be passionate about building the WCKD RZR brand across all our fundraising, sales or recruiting efforts.
Excellent communicator: You are able to communicate effectively and adapt your style to your audience whether its potential customers, investors or new recruits.
